Therapy

Therapy is more than just talking—it's a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Life brings challenges and transitions, and sometimes we need help navigating them. Together, we'll untangle thoughts, manage emotions, and develop tools to help you feel more in control. Using evidence-based approaches, I provide a compassionate, validating space where you can heal and grow at your own pace.

Parenting - whether for the first time or not - comes with expectations, both internal and external. You may have pictured how you'd show up as a parent and partner, only to find reality looks and feels much different. On top of that, the myths and pressures of motherhood can make this time feel isolating. You are far from alone. Let's talk about the things you feel no one understands.

Biologically, we are designed for survival and protection. One way our bodies help us do this is by signaling our needs, so we can respond and ensure they are met. Socially, however, women have often been taught that putting the needs of others before their own is the right thing to do. This creates a conflict between what our bodies need and the expectations placed on us, leading to, at the very least, stress.

Experiencing ADHD as a mom brings on a completely unique and additional layer of challenges that those without ADHD may not understand. To reduce stress and bring more joy into your life, it's important to understand how your ADHD brain works, recognize your specific challenges, and identify support, strengths, and resources that can help you get through the day.

As relationships evolve, one or both partners may be navigating transitions that make connection feel difficult. When that happens, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed—managing yourself is hard enough, let alone a relationship. Couples counseling provides a safe, supportive space where both partners can share, reconnect, and grow together.
