Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Danielle Gordon, maternal mental health expert and therapist (“therapist”) with Danielle S. Gordon and Your Village Counseling (“Business”). By accessing or using the Business’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Business’s services.

Services Provided

Danielle S. Gordon provides support, consultation, and therapy services to individuals experiencing life transitions. Our services may include, but are not limited to: virtual or in-person sessions, educational content, individual, group or couple therapy, and other resources related to mental health and wellness.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information shared during sessions is kept confidential, subject to the following expectations: as required by law, to protect the Therapist or others from harm, in cases of suspected child abuse or elder abuse or neglect. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

Payment and Fees

Fees for services are outlined at the time of booking and must be paid in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Use our services for lawful purposes only.
Respect the confidentiality of any shared information.
Not attempt to misuse or disrupt our website or services.

Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the therapist and business shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
